The Friends of St. Guthlac exists to help preserve and enhance our beautiful Grade 1 listed church building for future generations.  We are delighted to be relaunching the Friends of St. Guthlac and warmly invite you to become part of it.

 If you have supported the Friends previously, thank you, and sorry we have not been in touch recently.  Your generosity has helped care for our beloved church over many years and we are enormously grateful.  We very much hope you will continue with us as we begin this new chapter.

As we relaunch the Friends of St. Guthlac, we want it to become a community of people who value this remarkable building and want to help preserve it for the community for years to come, keeping it open, safe and welcoming.  Every penny given through the Friends is used exclusively for the care, repair and conservation of the church building and its historic fabric.

As a Friend you will be part of a community of people helping preserve St. Guthlac's.  We will also:

• Invite you to our new annual Friends event, featuring a heritage talk or guided tour of the church with refreshments.
• Recognise your support on a noticeboard within the church (unless you would prefer to remain anonymous).
• Send email updates twice a year about how your support is making a difference.
• Have the satisfaction of helping preserve one of Market Deeping's most important historic buildings
