Electoral Roll
We are creating a new Electoral Roll for the church. This means, even if you were previously on our electoral roll, you will sadly no longer be, unless you fill in a new form.
Joining is a small but significant step, empowering you to take an active role in investing in the future of our faith community, shaping and supporting how we grow and serve, and deepening your commitment to our church. Any adult who is Christened and lives in Market Deeping parish, or is Christened and comes to our services (or would do if you were not unwell), is able to join. If you are part of our community, please considering joining.
To join, fill in a form by 13th April from the table near the main church entrance and leave in the box marked ‘electoral roll’ forms on that desk, or email administrator@stguthlacs.org.uk for a pdf form.
Here are some more reasons to consider joining:
- Commitment to the church community
It’s an act of commitment to your faith and church.
- A sense of belonging
It’s a positive way of saying ‘I belong’ and that you are part of our church’s family.
- Ownership and influence
You can have an influence on the direction and decisions that shape our church’s vision, mission and community involvement.
- Active participation
You can actively participate in the governance of our church, by voting, or standing, for certain positions in the churches leadership.
- Communication
You will be eligible to receive communication from our church and showing that the church is alive and growing.
