St. Guthlac’s Church is a beautiful & historic heart of Market Deeping — but if you’ve visited in winter, you’ll know it’s freezing. In fact, it’s often colder inside than out!

Our ancient boiler is beyond repair & we urgently need a new, greener & more efficient heating system. That’s why we’re raising £50,000 to install eco-friendly infrared chandeliers & wall heaters. Not only will these warm the congregation directly (instead of the high ceilings), but they’ll also include LED lighting & lower our environmental footprint.

This will mean a warmer church all year round for services, school visits, private prayer, community events, & more — from weddings to Remembrance Sunday.

We need:

6 chandeliers

10 wall heaters

To cover installation & essential costs.
